Description This project investigates an innovative pre-therapy intervention. In this therapy, we offer young people who self-harm a brief intervention before the intake waiting period. This intervention is based on ‘safety planning’. Besides the effectiveness of this pre-therapy intervention, we also want to investigate whether the treatment goals in HYPE are achieved more quickly when they receive this (app) intervention prior to treatment.
