Summary

Installs the rust programming language, along with the cargo package manager and rustup version manager.

Requires

• Debian or RHEL OS

Description

This role installs system versions of the rustc compiler, the version manager rustup, and the package manager cargo. They are available for all users of the system. Notice that for development purposes, it is recommended that users use rustup to install specific versions of rust and cargo that they require.
