Workspace Catalogue
This page provides an overview of workspace types (called “Catalog Items” on Research Cloud) supported by Utrecht University and some commonly used Catalog Items developed by SURF.
Please note this is not a full list of available workspace types on ResearchCloud: there are many more developed by other institutions.
If there is a specific environment application, or software package you think you might need, please contact us for help. If what you require is not yet available on ResearchCloud, we can also help you to create custom Catalog Items.
NoteGetting access
All UU users have access to UU items. To use UU items listed on this page, you can simply find them in the ResearchCloud portal under the ‘Catalog’ tab and request access. Most catalog items maintained by SURF will already be automatically visible for every Collaborative Organisation.
Look at the specific manual for your desired workspace to find out more about how to access it.
Note that some items listed below (for example, those that require a license) are not visible in the catalog in the portal. If you need access to them, please contact us.
